Order Cancellation

To cancel or return an order for Direct Pallet Racking, Inc. please follow these steps:


1. Send a written notification to Direct Pallet Racking Inc. You can do this by:

    • Emailing: support@directpalletracking.com

2. Direct Pallet Racking, Inc. will process your order cancellation promptly upon receipt. However, if the order has already been shipped, you will be responsible for applicable freight charges, including return shipment charges. Please note that a re-stocking fee of up to 30% of the total purchase price may also apply.

3. If the order has not yet been shipped when your cancellation is received, you may still be responsible for re-stocking fees if the order was already prepared for shipment. Direct Pallet Racking, Inc. strives to minimize these costs for our customers when orders are cancelled.

4. Please be aware that if you choose to cancel your order by mail, it may not arrive in time to avoid the charges mentioned above. We recommend utilizing email for faster communication and to ensure timely cancellation.

5. If you have received your order and wish to return it please request a Return authorization by emailing support@directpalletracking.com. Orders are not subject to cancellation or return by Buyer without the written consent of Direct Pallet Racking, Inc. Direct Pallet Racking, Inc. has a 30-day return policy subject to certain limitations. To process a return, you must obtain a return authorization (RA) by calling Customer Service at 888-979-9824 or by sending an e-mail to support@directpalletracking.com. Return authorization is subject to Direct Pallet Racking, Inc.'s shipping and return policies. Shipping costs may be applicable. Items returned without an RA number will be refused. Direct Pallet Racking, Inc. reserves the right to refuse any return for any reason or for no reason at all.
