Shipping Restrictions:
- We only ship to the 48 contiguous states. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Schedule:
- We ship orders Monday through Friday.
- Shipping hours are from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm.
Shipping Methods:
- For parcel packages, shipping will be carried out via UPS or FedEx.
- For palletized loads under 2500lbs, we use LTL (Less Than Truckload) shipping.
- Larger loads are shipped via Full Truckload or Partial Truckload for optimal efficiency. Examples of larger loads include Uprights and Beams.
Shipping Calculation:
- Shipping costs are calculated at the time of checkout based on the weight of the items and the distance to the delivery location. This ensures you get the most accurate and fair shipping rate.
Order Processing:
- Orders placed during business hours will be processed on the same day.
- Orders received after 2:00 pm will be processed the following business day.
