30-Day Returns and Refund Policy
At Direct Pallet Racking, we value your satisfaction and offer a hassle-free 30-day returns and refund policy on all stock items. Here are the details of our policy:
Return Eligibility:
- To initiate a return, your item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
- Kindly provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Return any stock item for any reason within 30 days for a refund, except:
- Special order, custom items, and items marked as non-returnable are not eligible for returns.
How to Start a Return:
- Contact us at support@directpalletracking.com, and we'll respond within 24 hours.
- If your return is accepted, you'll receive instructions on the return process within 3 working days.
- We'll ensure a prompt full refund upon receiving the returned items.
- Please refrain from sending items back without prior return authorization.
Order Cancellations:
We accept order cancellations prior to shipping. To cancel your unshipped order, please contact us immediately at support@directpalletracking.com or call 1-888-979-9824. You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation request has been processed.
Return Methods:
- We accept returns by mail.
- Customers are responsible for creating their own return labels. We do not offer downloadable return labels or include return labels in the initial shipment.
- Customers must pay for return shipping. However, if Direct Pallet Racking is at fault for the shipment, we will arrange free return shipping.
- We do not charge a restocking fee.
Damages and Issues:
- Examine your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately.
- Provide details and, if possible, take photos within 24 hours of delivery.
Exchanges:
To expedite receiving the desired item, return the original item. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds:
- Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll notify you of the refund status.
- If approved, you'll be automatically refunded through your original payment method within 24 hours. Processing and posting the refund by your bank or credit card company may take additional time.
- Refunds will be processed using the same form of payment used for the original purchase.
- We do not refund the original shipping cost.
