At Direct Pallet Racking, we value your satisfaction and offer a hassle-free 30-day returns and refund policy. To initiate a return, your item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Kindly provide the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that special order and sale items are non-returnable.

How to Start a Return:

Contact us at support@directpalletracking.com, and we'll respond within 24 hours. If your return is accepted, you'll receive instructions on the return process within 3 working days. We'll ensure a prompt full refund upon receiving the returned items. Please refrain from sending items back without prior return authorization.

As stock levels may vary, it's advisable to email us first to guarantee a swift resolution to your case.

Damages and Issues:

Examine your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately. Provide details and, if possible, take photos within 24 hours of delivery.

Exchanges:

To expedite receiving the desired item, return the original item. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll notify you of the refund status. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded through your original payment method within 24 hours. Keep in mind that processing and posting the refund by your bank or credit card company may take additional time.
