INCORRECT PRODUCT RETURNED FOR REPLACEMENT
If you receive a defective or incorrect item for your Direct Pallet Racking order, we offer a replacement within 30 days of the delivery date. Here's how the process works:
- Contact Direct Pallet Racking with your original order number to arrange the return of the defective/incorrect product.
- Direct Pallet Racking will supply an RA number and supply a Ship to address to return product(s)
- Once we receive the returned item(s), we will promptly ship a replacement to you.
- It's important to note that if we determine the item you returned is not actually defective or incorrect, you will be responsible for all additional charges. This includes return shipping fees and call tag fees if applicable.
